Mast down

SAIL3113

My mast has been taken down and I have sent all of my old rigging off to Ted Hale at Martha’s Vineyard Shipyard.  I met Ted and Maggie down in the Bahamas two years ago and sailed with them for most of the return trip from Georgetown.  Ted works at the Shipyard and agreed to make the new rigging for me.  He is getting the box in a few days and should have everything back to me by next week.  In the meantime, I will be rewiring the mast and putting all new components up top.  I will have a new Garmin wind instrument, OGM LED tricolor/anchor light, and a new VHF antenna.  All great things to do while Arcturus is out of the water!
