Another fun weekend at my sister Sarah’s house. Sarah and Royce called me last week to see if I wanted to occupy their one extra seat at the Panthers Playoff game on Sunday. Heck yeah! Moved the office to the Green Bean coffee shop in Greensboro on Friday. Great office space. Lots of outlets and small tables. Nice, laid back vibe inside. Walking distance from my sister’s house. And there is a really cute girl there that makes a killer macchiato.
Anywho. Went to see The Wolf of Wall Street yesterday afternoon. Great film. Love Leonardo DiCaprio. It is not available in New Bern yet so I decided to see it while I was up here. Good rainy day afternoon activity.
Royce’s super adorable four year old daughter Mia is hanging out with us this weekend, too. We are going to see Monster Jam 2014 tonight at the Greensboro Coliseum. I’ve never been to a monster truck show before so it should be fun. Definitely bringing ear plugs.
Can’t wait for the Panthers game tomorrow. The weather is looking good and we are all excited. Really anxious to see how it turns out. No easy games left. I’ve been to a few Panthers games with Royce and Sarah but never a playoff game. Should be tons of fun!
Nice to have a break from thinking about boat repairs. The mast is down and they are working on a plan to fix the mast step. Hoping to get some good news on the time frame next week. Ready to get out of town and head south!
