Dad and I lucked into this shot. We went to visit Cape Flattery which is the northwest point of the continental US. We rounded a corner on our drive back and saw this beautiful sunset. We pulled over and enjoyed the view!

Dad and I went on a ten week kayak and photography tour after I graduated from Warren Wilson College in 2007. We planned and prepped for the trip for over a year. We focused on visiting National and State Parks west of Colorado. Photography and outdoor activities were the main drive of the trip. Wonderful experience!
